The IceBreaker executive team has prior work experience in entrepreneurial environments as well as large corporations - Microsoft, Disney, and McKinsey & Co. The founders, Dr. Michael Robinson and Eric Hennings, met at Microsoft and have over a decade of experience in creating multi-platform technologies (Apple, Linux, Unix and Windows). In addition, Robinson founded the first community Web site in China called renren Media, a public company in Hong Kong that was partially funded by News Corp. Before its sale in 2001, the renren Web site attracted more than 10 million daily page views.
