• Are responsible for your interactions with others. We don't guarantee that they, or what they say is real.
• Are liable if outside stuff happens to you, not us.
• Are responsible for what you post or send to others.
• Agree not sue us or your Service Provider. If you want to try anyway, then you have to sue us in Washington state. That's where we live.
• Can quit any time, for any reason.
• You can't:
• Have your telephone number, street address, last name, URLs, email addresses or other information in your profile that others can use to discover your real identity or location.
• Post defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal stuff. Same goes for stuff you see or receive.
• Lie to us about your identity or provide misleading information in your profile.
• Engage in advertising or trying to sell stuff on Crush or Flush™.
• We (IceBreaker, inc):
• & your Service Provider are separate things, so we are not affiliated with each other. This Agreement is between you & us, not them.
• Can block Members from Crush or Flush™ if they aren't acting right. If it is really bad, then we can kick you off for good.
• May review & delete any content that we think violates this Agreement
• Investigate, terminate your membership, & take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision of the Content rules or misuses the Service, if things are really bad.
• May post outside web links on the site.
• By posting Content to Crush or Flush™, you automatically grant us the right to reuse it anywhere & anyway we want
• May need to take down the Crush or Flush™ for maintenance orGod forbid, because we are broke.
• Let you use Crush or Flush™ but you can't mess with it or change any of the functionality. We own it all.
• Provide assistance & guidance through our customer care representatives.
