    【你要做的】 1、基于监管合规要求、业务规则,设计报表以满足各类监管/审计所需、支撑老虎集团全球业务拓展; 2、与券商合规及业务部门协作,为内部运营部门和外部客户提供高效率、高可用的账单报表,创造性地解决运营问题; 3、主动理解、学习报表数据所表征的业务规则与问题,探索业务报表的通用解决方案,推动老虎的券商报表系统持续迭代以达到行业领先水平。 【你要具备的】 1、3年左右工作经验(其中产品经理工作经验不低于2年),有券商报表 / 海外券商 / 国际金融类项目经验; 2、数据分析能力出色,数字敏感,善于将复杂信息进行汇总、抽象、并归纳为数据模型; 2、出色的沟通、协作能力,敏锐的业务意识,结果导向; 4、英语能作为工作语言。 【加分项】 1、具备证券、基金、衍生品等方面的业务经验; 2、有海外券商工作经验 / 从业资格证。
