一、岗位职责 1. 需求梳理与产品规划 ○ 与海外市场、运营、设计、研发等跨职能团队协作，收集并分析业务和用户需求； ○ 基于定性调研、定量数据和竞品分析，撰写高质量 PRD（含用户故事、用例和验收标准）； ○ 制定产品 Roadmap、OKR 与里程碑计划，推动团队按时交付。 2. 敏捷项目管理 ○ 组织并主持 Sprint 规划、Daily Stand-up、Backlog Grooming、Sprint Review 与 Retrospective； ○ 使用 Kanban / Scrum 等方法，实现迭代式交付与持续改进； ○ 与研发、测试团队紧密配合，确保版本上线质量与进度。 3. 原型设计与文档输出 ○ 利用 Figma、Whimsical、Uizard 等工具，快速制作中高保真原型； ○ 借助 AI 工具（ChatGPT、Notion AI 等）加速文档撰写与头脑风暴，提高效率； ○ 输出功能流程图、业务流程图（Visio / XMind）、接口文档等。 4. 数据驱动与优化迭代 ○ 使用 Google Analytics、Mixpanel、Amplitude 或内置 BI 平台监控核心指标（DAU/MAU、转化率、留存率、ARPU 等）； ○ 定期输出产品分析报告，为下一轮迭代提供决策支持。 5. 跨文化沟通与对接 ○ 英语口语/书面沟通能力； ○ 协调外部资源（第三方 SDK、财务、法律顾问等）。 二、任职要求 1. 学历与经验 ○ 本科及以上学历，3 年及以下互联网产品经理经验（含实习经历）； ○ 至少 1–2 个完整项目从 0 到 1 或 1–N 迭代经验； 2. 产品能力 ○ 熟悉 PWA（Progressive Web App）、SaaS 平台产品的设计与实现模式； ○ 能独立撰写 PRD、原型及用户故事（User Story）、验收标准； ○ 掌握敏捷开发流程，熟练使用 Jira、Trello、TAPD、Notion 等项目管理工具； 3. 数据与技术 ○ 熟练使用 Google Analytics、Mixpanel等数据分析/可视化工具； 4. 工具与效率 ○ 精通 Figma、Whimsical、Uizard、XMind、Visio 等产品设计与流程工具； ○ 擅长使用 AI 助手（如 ChatGPT、Notion AI）进行头脑风暴、原型、文档撰写； 5. 软能力 ○ 强执行力、自驱力与责任心，能够在多变环境中高效推进； ○ 良好的团队合作精神和抗压能力； 6. 加分项 ○ 有 B2B 产品经验或医疗/心理/情感类平台经验； ○ 曾在北美或海外科技公司实习或工作经历； ○ 了解 MVP / Growth Hacking、OKR 制定。
