工作职责： 1、负责对公外汇账户日常业务管理，流程设计及优化账户开户、变更、销户等基本账户功能； 2、负责对公外汇账户的日常咨诉管理工作，规范咨诉处理流程，协调解决疑难问题； 3、负责对公外汇账户全生命周期风险管理工作，落实银企对账、账户年检、账户交易异常排查、账户存续状态排查等工作； 4、负责对公外汇账户反洗钱工作，落实客户身份识别、可疑交易尽职调查、产品洗钱风险评估、反洗钱风险客户排查及管控等； 5、积极推进对公外汇账户管理的创新和落地实施； 6、负责对公外汇账户管理相关项目的流程管理，负责日常运营及解决问题，推动项目中内外协作方的合作； 7、负责管理对公外汇账户运营支持团队的人员、招聘和考核等。 工作要求： 1、金融、管理、经济、会计等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、40周岁（含）以下，6年及以上银行对公账户管理工作经验，不少于3年以上外汇账户管理经验； 3、具备银行总行对公账户管理和系统相关经验； 4、具备良好的学习能力及创新思维能力； 5、具有自我驱动力和抗压性。
