Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code. - Implement server-side logic to ensure high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests. - Collaborate with the DevOps team on application deployment and management using Docker and Kubernetes. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Mentor junior developers and promote coding best practices. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering or a similar role. - Strong proficiency in Python, with a solid understanding of its ecosystems. - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization and orchestration tools. - Experience with RESTful APIs and server-side logic. - Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English, with basic oral communication skills in English. - Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
