工作职责 1、负责业务系统的测试工作，测试内容涵盖功能、接口、安全、性能、自动化、兼容性测试等 2、参与需求及技术评审，分析需求合理性，参与开发设计评审，关注设计及代码可测性 3、制定测试计划，设计测试用例，组织及执行整个测试流程，包括接口测试、系统测试和回归测试。协助开发定位问题，跟踪分析，推动解决测试过程中问题及线上问题 4、优化产品研发测试及发布流程，维护测试环境及测试数据，制定测试策略提高产品质量和测试效率 5、引进和完善测试方法，开发测试工具，构建测试框架，开发维护自动化案例 6、推动质量运营工作，通过复盘问题、过程总结，发现团队(产品/研发/测试)存在的问题，制定措施，落实到位，改善产品质量 7、完成领导安排的其他工作 任职要求 1、计算机相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、熟悉测试流程，熟练掌握web测试方法，能够独立进行测试分析； 3、熟悉至少一种数据库，能熟练运用sql进行增删改查等，并能对数据库脚本问题进行分析； 4、有UI自动化、接口自动化等测试经验； 5、掌握一种以上开发语言（如java，python等）并有工具开发（如测试工具）经验者优先； 6、熟悉性能测试，掌握性能测试工具使用，能够进行性能测试分析、定位、调优者优先； 7、具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队协作能力，创造力、逻辑思维能力。
