Job Description&Request Introduction The Marketing team is the key driver of italki’s business. Our campaigns span through online channels (social media, content, digital ads, email, blogs, publications, affiliate networks, public relations, etc). Being an internet-based business focused on a global market, it is essential that we keep growing and improving our marketing strategy by channeling fresh, innovative ideas and putting them into action. We are looking for a passionate professional video editor who can produce our videos. As a Video Producer for italki, English is a must. Content category wise, you will take care of both in-house branding content, UGC content. You will be responsible for taking consumer-targeted video content from scripting, editing to publishing for both social and paid channels. Responsibilities Understand campaign video requests with target audience and key message, keep a clear count for the number of assets needed for each channel. Review unsubtitled footage and turn them into professional script for review before editing. Assemble collected/videographed/stock footage into a finished project that matches italki’s vision and is suitable for the need of required campaigns. Be able to bring visual and sound together in order to tell a cohesive story. Edit paid ads, social media videos, documentaries, and other video marketing materials.
