Lead the innovation in the management and services of the AI/HPC Data Center to meet the computational demands of research/teaching and future development of the society and enhance the university’s scientific research capabilities by improvement of operational efficiency and service capabilities. 5. Oversee the operation and intelligent upgrades of Smart Campus systems including multimedia and research/teaching facilities, office and life services, security access, and smart buildings, ensuring efficient operation and interaction of the systems, and upgrading the design of intelligent campus services. 6. Supervise the compliance of data to ensure it meets both domestic and international data protection laws and standards,ethical norms, and the university’s data confidentiality requirements. 7. Guide the data teams from various University's departments to establish and optimize data processing workflows, foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, promote data accumulation and then to form data assets and driving continuous institutional improvement through the strategic use of data across the University. 任职要求: A qualified candidate should: 1. 职位详情 电话销售 个人(To C) 课程/培训类产品 网络销售 无经验要求 电话销售经验 教育培训 课程顾问 一、月收入15-30K/月,TOP销售月收入35-60K/月,年收入实现40-80万/年 二、人均每月可获得300个及以上的【新]客户资源分配,且基本均为一线、超一线城市的客户资源,客户购买力较佳,签单有保障 三、除月底销售额冲刺阶段,其他时间不加班,一个月可实现8-10天+的时间居家或自由支配,工作、家庭/恋爱两不误 【岗位薪资】 1、固定工资:5400-8900元/月,根据面试评估意见定薪,一般新员工定薪区间5400-7400元/月,入职后业绩较佳选手,可每月享有涨薪机会 2、试听课出席奖金(上不封顶):300-1000元/月,根据月试听课出席数计算,试听课出席数越高,出席奖金越高,上不封顶 3、提成奖金:新签提点范围4%-10%,首次续费提点范围2%;(新签续费一起做) 4、其他奖金:销售节点激励(500-3000元/月) 5、五险一金当月缴纳(以15号为节点,15号之前当月缴纳,15号之后次月缴纳) 【客户资源】 1、客户资源由公司提供,且资源不受地区限制,不用担心客户资源断供,收入影响 2、人均每月可获得300个及以上的[新]客户资源分配,且基本均为一线、超一线城市的客户资源,客户购买力较佳,签单有保障 3、相比竞品,我司客户资源质量较高,大部分来自进校合作、转介绍渠道,客户转化率较高,签单稳定 【工作时间】 1、干得好或者家里有紧急情况,可申请居家办公,既保证收入不受影响,也可兼顾家庭的需求 2、除月底销售额冲刺阶段,其他时间不加班①每周二休息;法定节假日按照劳动法正常休假②周一、周三至周五上班时间:12:30-21:30(晚休17:00-18:00),周六-周日上班时间:10:00-22:00(午休:12:30-14:00,晚休17:00-18:00) 【晋升空间】管理通道:入职三个月可晋升储备经理岗位,入职6个月可晋升经理岗位
