Position : E-Commerce Manager Job functions: 1.Fully responsible for the E-commerce operation, include managing e-commerce platforms such as Gifthing, Tmall, JD (京东), Taobao, WeChat, etc., to promote business growth and achieve business goals 2.Analyse market trends, manage the mechanism of online stores and implement effective pricing strategies 3.Track online sales progress, traffic and click-through rates, etc. and provide analysis for management review and strategic planning 3.Organize and implement various online and offline marketing plans 4.Plan and implement an efficient Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program 5.Search engine optimization including SEM/SEO 6.Plan and implement efficient promotion strategies on social platforms (WeChat, Weibo Influencer, etc.) 7.Identify and develop portals that are conducive to brand development; establish strategic partnerships and expand sales channels 8.Lead the team to complete the operational indicators, conduct and implement department monthly, quarterly, and annual plans 9.Follow up the implementation progress of the operation plan, collect and analyse the operation data on a regular basis, and formulate an effective counterstrategy for the product operation strategy 10.Establish and manage the operation team according to business needs, and continuously optimise the operation process and talent management 11.Perform ad hoc assignments by management Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above, engaged in E-commerce operations and other related positions for more than 3 years with experience in team management and operation 2.Well understanding on development trend of the latest e-commerce industry, and with relevant background and working experience 3.Experience in managing and operating third-party E-commerce platforms (Tmall, JD, Taobao, WeChat, etc.) 4.Have good planning and execution capabilities with strong teamwork operation and management capabilities; 5.Clear goals, strong data analytical and logical thinking skills. Proactive, good self-learning and driving force 6.Excellent communication and coordinating skills.
