职位职责： 1、负责对应产品服务体验相关链路，包括创作，用户体验，商业化行为等服务各环节的体验提升及改善，对互联网产品的服务及体验等领域具有深层次的理解和判断； 2、具备用户体验全链路服务设计能力，能够保障所对接产品服务目标达成，理解业务服务需求，持续优化服务流程、服务流程规范及相关工具； 3、关注用户服务数据，通过对数据的挖掘和研究制定相关方案，协调各团队项目落地，不断创新服务模式，拿到业务结果； 4、基于数据、特殊案例和业务输入等信息，洞察用户痛点和需求，发现并提出平台上不同角色和业务之间的关键矛盾，提出系统性的解决方案，提升核心客户体验； 5、资源协调和对接，协助各方资源支持业务问题，快速解决业务运行卡点和痛点问题，与各方业务建立良好的合作伙伴关系和协作机制； 6、负责服务团队建设与管理，负责团队成员招募、辅导、考核、培养，不断提升服务水平。 职位要求： 1、本科及以上学历，有客户体验运营或服务运营管理相关经验优先； 2、熟练掌握策略性思维，有良好的书面表达能力，擅长数据分析、目标拆解与落地； 3、能在大用户量、快节奏场景中稳定交付，具备良好的沟通协同意识，能有效推进跨团队合作； 4、具备强烈的好奇心、同理心、上进心，用户意识佳。
