工作职责 1、负责研究企财险、工程险、责任险、特殊风险的海外国家政策、市场情况、行业形势等，制定业务发展策略及规划，并监督落实； 2、负责海外业务的核保政策制定、核保授权管理、定价体系建设、系统工具建设、业务发展研究、培训体系搭建等，统筹全辖核保支持； 3、负责海外业务重大项目的销售支持、陪同展业，参与商业谈判等； 4、负责经营数据的跟踪、统计、分析，落实品质管控、经营管理工作； 5、配合或参与监管部门、再保人、经纪人等专项事务工作。 任职要求 1、本科及以上学历或海外留学经历优先，法律，机械，工程，能源等相关专业； 2、具备5年以上外资（再）保险公司，外资（再）保险经纪公司的工作经历；同时具备海外核保工作经历的优先； 3、熟悉各类海外项目、外资经纪渠道相关业务； 4、英语熟练，能够进行各类书面材料的审核和撰写、邮件及口头工作沟通；雅思6分或托福80分或具备海外生活2年以上经历的优先； 5、责任心强，勤奋刻苦，具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力。
