Key Accountabilities  Person on this position will work as Product Engineer in Wuhan. Work with all departments responsible for Electrical Motor D&V and on time delivery.  Systems engineer for Power Drive Project and customer on-site support.  Specification and development of High Voltage Motor for hybrid and electric vehicle applications, define product / test specifications.  Lead / support of new integrated system products work with global engineering.  Supervise and control the activities & plans, coordinates and directs the efforts of the Product Engineering team.  Develops engineering designs & performs complex design analysis.  Leads technical solutions for new and current products, Leads engineering changes. Qualifications & Requirements  Bachelor degree or above in Motor related; 3-5 years in electrical machine design & analysis in the automotive industry, majorly worked on High Voltage electric motor, familiar with power electrical will be a plus.  Understanding of engineering theory and principles of design  Expertise on Electromagnetic, mechanical, thermal system design.  Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve, familiar with problem solving skill and proper tool.  Experienced on electric motor sample build and transfer from prototype to production design.  Electromagnetic simulation experience with tool such as Maxwell, JMAG, or Speed preferred  Working knowledge of electric motors, Strong interest and ability in integration and system understanding, understood Clutch and Gearbox will be a plus.  Must have basic knowledge of APQP, FMEA, CAD ( Catia, UG, SDRC),GD&T.  Excellent oral and written English, fluent Mandarin Chinese, and another foreign language is plus, good communication skill.  Spirit of teamwork, combined with good organizational and interpersonal skills.  Motivated, able to work well under pressure and quickly provide insight.

一、工作中必须服从车间统一调配、以及各班长、质检的指导与安排，做好本职工作。                                                              二、包装工需提前一个小时上班，做好交接班准备工作。将所领用的包装材料（如：纸箱、粘胶带等）分别整齐堆放到包装台两侧，不得随意乱放。                                                                三、产品包装必须符合质量要求，做到整齐、美观、大方棱角分明。                                                                四、包装时，应做到轻拿轻放，保护好釉面和边角的完好，不得拿产品发泄情绪，乱扔乱甩。                                                                五、当生产线出现故障时，包装工必须相互帮忙打包，避免加砖时，存砖太多，造成产品釉面擦花或破损等。                                                                六、每班产品必须包装完后方可下班，不能遗留到下一班。                                                                七、保持场地整洁，包装时所解胶丝绳、纸团应挽成一团，放到指定位置，不能乱放，以免造成不必要伤害。                                                                八、严格遵守劳动纪律，执行请、销假制度，服从各项管理制度的管理
