    该岗位有转正HC,培养方向:HRBP 工作职责: 1、协助社会招聘,人才sourcing、简历筛选、电话预约、面试跟进,及时按需完成招聘任务; 2、协助维护、开拓和完善各种人力资源招聘渠道; 3、协助进行人力资源相关的数据统计工作; 4、支持招聘团队的其他临时性项目。 岗位要求: 1、本科及以上学历,24届以上同学可优先考虑,有招聘实习经验优先; 2、每周到岗时间至少保证4天,且能够连续实习3个月及以上; 3、较强的抗压能力,胆大心细,认真负责,自我驱动力强; 4、热爱招聘工作,未来愿意往招聘方向发展; 5、有学生会或社团经验优先。
