岗位职责： 1) 根据工厂发展要求，负责工厂精益管理工作 2) 执行并实施工厂确定的经营计划，监督工厂生产目标的实施，同时对各层级职能完成计划目标进行分解，以完成营业量目标和利润目标,达到或完成卡泰驰及工厂既定的各项计划指标 3) 编写和落实生产管理体系，生产管理制度、流程，标准化作业指导书等 4) 确保维修项目顺利进行，制定维修计划和进度安排，监督维修过程，确保按时完成 5) 生产流程优化：具有优化生产流程和提高生产效率的能力，能够识别和消除生产过程中的浪费，改进生产流程 6) 对工厂生产运营指标负责：工厂成本控制、业绩达成率、现场、工具设备管理等 7) 根据工厂实际运营情况，善于发现问题，及时上报问题，并组织培训课程，对员工进行针对性培训与带教 8) 负责设立各层级的运营指标与绩效考核目标；具有严格的质量意识，确保在生产过程中的产品质量符合标准和要求 9) 及时了解同行业产品市场变化情况，定期向上级提出合理化建议；结合汽车行业信息与资源，在新产品开发与产品结构上提出合理化解决方案 10) 项目管理能力：具备项目管理技能，能够组织和实施生产优化项目，确保项目按时完成并达到预期效果 11) 监督工厂整体运营工作，给工厂提出合理的指导 12) 监督协助配件部的管理,监控维修材料和零部件的采购和使用，确保材料质量和成本控制 13) 对工厂生产状况进行数据分析，做好团队建设。对直接下属进行有效积极的绩效评估，并提报相应的改善与优化方案并落实 14) 协助总经理拟定部门财务预算，并按其执行，控制运营成本 15) 协助解决维修过程中遇到的技术问题和质量异常，提供技术支持和解决方案 16) 完成上级交办的其它任务 任职要求： 1) 从事汽车维修行业5年或主机厂工段长经验，有大型汽车维修企业车间工作经验 ，熟悉车辆维修工艺流程，有汽车维修高级工及以上职称或主机厂工段长经验者优先 2) 具有相5年汽车维修企业车间管理经验，熟悉车间管理方法，成本控制等 3) 具有5年主机厂工段长经验，掌握精益生产的基本理念和原则，了解精益工具和方法，能够在实际工作中应用精益技术 4) 具有较强的市场分析与控制能力、组织协调能力、沟通能力、活动策划能力和推广能力，同时要求其人际能力强， 具有语言表达能力以及团队管理能力，才能很好地完成运营总监的各种职责 5) 具有创新意识和开拓精神。诚实可靠，具备自我激励能力 6) 具有决策能力，抗压能力强，善于学习具备很强的自我管理能力 7) 是关键岗位，须经卡泰驰基础培训后上岗
