岗位职责 一、数据产品规划与体系建设 1）基于公司业务战略和经营目标，规划整体数据产品体系，明确数据在经营、销售、运营等核心环节中的价值定位与落地路径； 2）能从业务角度判断“哪些场景适合用数据”，设计数据驱动业务增长的应用策略，推动数据应用、AI应用的方案落地和正向反馈； 3）与业务团队共同定义数据应用目标，梳理从数据采集、治理、服务到AI应用的逻辑链路，制定数据/AI产品路线图和阶段性目标； 4）建立数据治理标准，包括数据入仓/入湖规范、指标定义标准和数据一致性口径，确保数据质量与可复用性； 二、数据应用与产品能力 1）从业务场景出发，将数据能力转化为可落地的产品功能与决策支持方案，具备抽象复杂业务逻辑为数据模型、指标体系的能力； 2）熟悉ETL流程、数仓设计、数据主题构建与数据质量评估，能与数据开发工程师协同推进落地，实现业务与数据的高效对接； 3）具备数据治理、元数据管理、指标管理、数据血缘分析等体系化经验，能输出标准化、可执行的建设规范； 4）有推动数据分析、BI系统、数据中台或AI大模型应用落地的经验，能够评估和验证数据/AI产品的成效； 5）在AI与数据结合的方向具备前瞻视角，能探索AI未来在行业领域的创新应用，形成可复用的产品方法论。 三、项目管理与跨部门协作 1）对接数据开发团队，提出清晰的产品需求、技术口径与数据标准，确保需求实现闭环； 2）协调业务、技术、运营、管理层等多方资源，推动统一指标口径与数据治理执行机制； 3）制定数据/AI产品建设计划，管理项目进度与资源分配，确保交付成果与预期一致； 4）通过交付数据/AI应用来带动数据基建的建设方向和节奏，逐步完善数据资产与数据/AI能力体系。 核心能力要求 1、从全局出发规划数据体系的能力，能够将数据作为公司资产、明确数据价值实现路径与阶段目标； 2、从业务问题中提炼数据/AI价值的能力，能够将业务逻辑结构化、指标化、模型化，以数据/AI产品的方式赋能业务决策与执行； 3、数据治理与标准化能力，推动数据资产统一、可复用、可信任，具备在组织层面数据一致性与标准落地的执行力； 4、技术理解与AI应用能力，对数仓架构、ETL流程、数据建模方法有深刻理解，能与技术团队协同推进数据系统建设与AI应用落地； 5、数据分析与决策支持能力，能够基于数据洞察指导产品与业务优化，用数据语言清晰表达业务问题与解决方案； 6、项目统筹与协同能力，高效组织跨部门资源、推动数据/AI产品项目的高效执行，持续优化协作机制与交付质量。 任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，5年以上数据产品、数据策略或AI应用相关经验，有大型互联网、新零售、消费科技或数据驱动型企业经验者优先； 2、有较强的业务洞察力与数据思维，具备数据驱动业务改进的成功经验； 3、熟悉数据治理、数仓标准、指标体系建设与BI系统落地流程； 4、熟练掌握常用数据工具（SQL、ETL、BI、数据建模等），能与数据开发团队高效沟通； 5、逻辑清晰、学习能力强、具备结果导向与创新意识，能在AI与数据融合的阶段推动实践落地；
