岗位描述： 1. 设计和制作小型游戏内的相关动画，包括角色动作、特效动画和环境动画等，以提升游戏的视觉效果和沉浸感； 2. 设计和制作直播礼物动画（含2D与3D），能够独立完成相关的动效设计； 3. 了解直播、游戏业务，能参与创意策划，协同上下游部门共同推动设计落地。 岗位要求： 1. 3年以上动画设计经验，有优秀作品展示； 2. 精通常用的动画设计软件，如AE、C4D、Maya、3ds Max等，并对前沿的AI视频制作工具有一定的了解，对AIGC工具有深入研究或应用经验者优先考虑； 3. 在动画设计和制作领域拥有丰富经验，拥有直播礼物动画或游戏动画经验者优先考虑； 4. 拥有优秀的审美能力和创意表现力，能够输出高质量的动画作品。
