高级DFT工程师 职位描述 1. 参与复杂芯片DFT/DFD/DFR的测试方案和架构定义; 2. 实现Physical Block/tile级别的DFT功能,包括Scan、Boundary Scan、MBIST、MBISR, Scandump等功能; 3. 产生DFT模式的时序约束,并配合PR和FCT团队完成时序收敛; 4. 负责R2R,R2G的formal 约束和formal检查; 5. 负责Block和top level各种测试模式,包括Scan、Boundary Scan、MBIST、MBISR, Scandump测试向量的产生和验证,最终交付ATE量产测试向量和HTOL/Burn-in测试向量; 6. 评估和建立先进的DFT/DFD/DFR工具链和流程。 任职要求: 1. 本科5年以上或硕士3年以上DFT设计、验证和量产测试经验; 2. 熟悉Scan/ATPG、MBIST、MBISR、Boundary Scan、Scandump等DFT技术; 3. 熟悉Tessent工具链、SMS、DFT compiler、Spyglass DFT、Conformal、Formality、DC、PT等工具; 4. 良好的数字ASIC设计基础,包括STA、验证和RTL编码; 5. 精通verilog、system verilog,并能完成DFT定制模块的RTL编写; 6. 良好的脚本语言知识,如TCL,Python,Perl,shell,Makefile; 7. 良好的英语听说读写能力; 8. 对日程安排和工作质量有强烈的承诺,良好的团队合作精神。 办公地点:北京/上海/杭州/长沙

岗位职责: 将承担SoC系统设计中的重要角色,将与包括ASIC验证工程师、FPGA工程师、硬件工程师、软件工程师等紧密配合,完成系统开发和调试。工作内容包括但不限于:逻辑综合、布局布线、功耗分析、物理验证、低功耗的物理实现等。 1、负责ASIC后端设计实现,实现block level Floorplan / Placement / CTS / Routing / Physical Verification; 2、承担模块级Perl/TCL/Shell脚本开发,实现流程自动化,并完善IC物理实现流程; 3、解决模块级先进工艺所引起的如leakage,信号完整性,DFM及DFT等问题; 4、负责模块级ECO实现,并完成ECO之后的formal,physical verification检查; 5、完成低功耗方面模块级后端设计(基于UPF/CPF流程),例如PSO实现,完成静态和动态IR drop分析和power integrity分析,以及power问题定位与修复。 任职资格: 1、硕士2年以上后端设计经验,本科4年以上后端设计经验; 2、ASIC/SOC后端设计经验,网表到GDSII的物理实现; 3、拥有chip level Floorplan/Placement/CTS/Routing/Physical Verification方面的丰富经验; 4、低功耗设计的经验,IR drop分析,根据power分析修正设计,熟悉UPF/CPF; 5、能手动修改DRC/LVS/ERC/Antanna; 6、熟练使用主流的芯片数字设计工具,例如DC,ICC/ICC2,EDI/INNOVUS,PT,Calibre, Redhawk; 7、熟练使用Tcl,Perl,Python等脚本建立自动化流程。
