角色 我们正在寻找机器学习专家来帮助我们从数据中提取价值。您将带领数据的收集、清理和预处理，模型的训练并将其部署到生产的所有流程。 理想的候选人将对人工智能充满热情，并随时了解该领域的最新发展。 职责 • 扎实的NLP算法基础，对文本分类、相似匹配、对话问答、机器翻译、序列标注、知识图谱、意图理解、词义消歧等领域有较深入理解和实践经验； • 熟悉常用的机器学习和深度学习算法，了解基本的网络模型结构（DNN/LSTM/CNN等）和文本表征方法（LDA/Word2Vec/ELMo/GPT/BERT等），对深度学习训练和推理模型调优有实操经验； • 实践动手能力强，熟练使用至少一种主流深度学习框架（TensorFlow/PyTorch/Caffe/MXNet），对分布式训练、蒸馏加速等实现方式有所了解； 了解业务目标并开发有助于实现这些目标的模型，以及跟踪其进度的指标 • 分析可用于解决给定问题的机器学习算法并按准确率对它们进行排名 • 通过探索和数据可视化去了解数据，在现实中配置模型时，识别出可能影响表现的数据分布差异 • 验证数据质量，和/或通过数据清理确保它的质量 • 如果需要更多数据，则要监督数据采集过程 • 在线查找可用于培训的可用数据集 • 规定验证策略 • 规定在给定数据集上所需的预处理或特征工程 • 定义数据增强管道 • 训练模型并调整其超参数 • 分析模型的误差并制定策略去减少误差 经历 • 计算机科学、数学、统计学或相关学科的高学位 • 精通深度学习框架，例如 TensorFlow 或 Keras • 精通 Python 和机器学习的基本库，例如 scikit-learn 和 pandas • 具有可视化和操作大型数据集的专业知识 • 能够选择硬件以运行具有所需延迟的机器学习模型 • 了解 Hadoop 或其他分布式计算系统 • 有在敏捷环境中工作的经验 • 有较强的英文书面和口头交流能力
