    岗位职责: 1.  对接Amazon 卖家客户,获取潜在客户并引导其完成 Artemis Ads 平台的接入; 2.  制定推广策略,为卖家提供专业的站外引流建议及投放方案,提高推广效果; 3.  匹配并拓展媒体资源,寻找合适的联盟网站、社交媒体达人、内容创作者等,助力卖家精准触达目标用户; 4.  运营并提升Artemis Ads 的行业影响力,包括但不限于: •  规划并执行小红书、微信朋友圈、微信群、LinkedIn 等社媒平台的内容营销; •  策划推广活动,增加品牌曝光和影响力; •  关注行业动态,优化营销策略,提升市场竞争力; 1.  数据分析与优化,跟踪推广效果,根据数据反馈不断优化推广策略; 2.  团队协作,协调内部资源,与市场、产品、销售团队紧密合作,推动项目落地并提升客户满意度。 任职要求: 1.  3 年以上互联网行业工作经验,有跨境电商、Amazon 运营、联盟营销相关经验者优先; 2.  熟悉Amazon 店铺运营流程,了解 Amazon 卖家需求和痛点; 3.  熟练运营社交媒体(如小红书、微信、LinkedIn),具备内容策划及增长经验; 4.  优秀的沟通和谈判能力,能够有效对接卖家和媒体资源,推动项目落地; 5.  具备数据分析能力,能基于数据优化推广策略,提高ROI; 6.  有设计能力者加分(如熟练使用Canva、PS、AI 等工具); 7.  英语能力CET-6 或以上,能够进行流畅的书面和口语沟通; 8.  团队协作能力强,执行力高,抗压能力强。
