工作内容 1. 负责 OpenBayes 公众号及其它社媒渠道内容的策划与创作，通过跟踪和分析内容效果数据，不断优化内容策略，提高用户的转化率； 2. 结合品牌战略目标和时事热点，策划并执行线上/线下活动，增强用户的转化和留存；监测活动数据，定期复盘优化调整活动内容及方向； 3. 根据产品属性，拓展 B 站、知乎等各渠道 KOL 及商务合作，产出优质文字/视频内容，增加品牌在全网的曝光量； 4. 负责平台社区的日常管理，深入了解并分析用户诉求，妥善沟通并及时准确处理用户反馈的问题，以提升社区氛围。 5. 关注行业动态和竞争对手的市场表现，收集和整理用户需求和偏好，为产品开发和营销策略提供数据支持； 6. 协助产品出海，包括不限于出海策略规划及执行、海外用户调研、投放等 7. 协助部门的其他相关运营工作。 职位要求 1. 本科及上学历，计算机专业或相关领域优先； 2. 具备基础的英语沟通和书面表达能力，海外社交产品深度用户优先； 3. 了解开发者群体特点，有海外内容运营、活动运营及推广投放相关经验者优先； 4. 对 AI 行业有一定了解，能够紧跟行业趋势； 5. 能熟练操作各种办公软件、会使用 PS 和视频剪辑软件者优先； 6. 有一定数据分析能力，能通过数据发现问题并提出改进方案； 7. 强大的沟通和人际交往能力，能够与不同背景的人有效沟通； 8. 性格活泼开朗、踏实、有责任心、思维敏捷、有独立思考能力。
