岗位职责: 一、海外供应商开发与管理 -负责全球各国家/地区工商注册服务及税务服务供应商的开拓、筛选、谈判-及合作落地,建立长期稳定的供应商资源库; -对接供应商完成客户海外公司注册、年审、税务申报等业务的全流程交付,确保服务合规、高效、客户满意度达标; -定期评估供应商资质、服务质量及合作稳定性,优化供应商合作体系。 二、产品化与知识赋能 -分析供应商提供的工商注册服务内容及政策信息,提炼产品核心优势、差异化卖点及适用场景; -将供应商资源转化为标准化产品方案,输出产品手册、FAQ、报价体系等内部资料; -设计并组织销售团队的产品培训,包括政策解读、业务流程、常见问题解答及销售话术赋能。 三、跨部门协作与流程优化 -联动销售团队,提供客户需求分析与供应商资源匹配支持; -协同客服及交付团队,处理复杂案例的解决方案设计及风险管控; -持续优化供应商合作流程、交付标准及成本结构,提升整体业务利润率。 四、市场与政策研究 -跟踪目标国家/地区的工商注册政策、法律法规变动,及时同步内外部团队; -分析行业竞争动态及客户需求趋势,提出产品优化及供应商资源拓展建议。 任职要求: 1. 本科及以上学历,国际贸易、工商管理、法律、外语等相关专业优先; 2. 3年以上海外商务拓展、供应商管理或跨境服务产品化经验,熟悉海外公司注册、财税等业务流程; 3. 拥有成熟的海外工商注册/财税服务供应商资源者优先; 4. 具备产品思维,有成功将服务标准化并赋能销售团队的经验; 5. 优秀的跨文化沟通能力、数据分析能力及风险预判意识; 6. 熟练使用Office、CRM系统,擅长制作结构化产品文档及培训材料; 7. 目标导向,具备强自驱力及资源整合能力; 8. 能适应多时区工作,灵活应对突发问题; 9. 逻辑清晰,具备优秀的跨部门协作及项目管理能力。 加分项: 熟悉离岸公司注册(如BVI、开曼群岛等)、欧美/东南亚市场政策; 持有PMP、供应链管理、法律职业资格等相关证书。 薪酬福利: 薪资范围:15-30K(****,优质资源者可上浮); 绩效奖金+海外差旅补贴+行业资源支持; 公司优势: 行业头部客户资源积累,扁平化管理,注重长期资源价值与员工成长。
